Return

You can return purchased products up to 14 days from the day you receive the parcel. To do this, you only need to send us a statement of withdrawal from the contract in writing to the address of our headquarters or by e-mail to sklep@noblelashes.pl.

Then download and complete the return form. Pack the returned products with the completed form and send the package to the following address:

If a VAT invoice was issued for the order, please add it to the shipment.

Remember to carefully pack the package and secure it against possible damage in transit. Returned products cannot bear signs of use.

We do not receive parcels sent to with cash on delivery service or to a parcel locker. The cost of return shipment is borne by the Buyer.

After receiving the package, you will receive a confirmation email. We refund funds to your account up to 14 days from the day we receive the package.
