RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant 3% is used in combination with any RefectoCil Hair Dye. The dyes need to first be diluted in the liquid oxidant before use. The mixture is then applied to the eyelashes or eyebrows and left for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired results. A 100ml bottle of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant will last you for around 200 treatments. Included with the packaging is a handy eyedropper used to precisely measure the oxidant.
