Tinting does not dissolve in water and does not have to be maintained after the treatment. To apply the dye, mix it with liquid oxidant prior to the application. Gently covered the lashes or brows of your client in the mixture with the included spatula and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash the mixture off gently. Leaving the dye longer than recommended may produce too dark results.
