Is UV glue safe?
UV glue is designed to bond the synthetic lash to the natural one, just like with traditional lash extension methods. The key difference lies in polymerisation. In the case of PURPLE UV glue, polymerisation begins once exposed to UV light.
How to cure UV glue?
After applying the synthetic lash to the natural one, activate the UV lamp using a foot pedal and expose the bonding point to the light for 1–2 seconds. After this time, the glue is cured and you can move on to the next lash cluster.

Benefits of UV glue
- Lower fumes – unlike traditional lash adhesives, UV glues release significantly fewer irritating fumes.
- Gentle even for sensitive clients – UV glues are free from TPO and hydroquinone, common irritants. This makes the glue safe even for those prone to sensitivity.
- Instant durability – UV-cured lash extensions are strong immediately after the procedure, so your clients don't have to wait 24 hours to bathe or apply makeup.
- Effective in all conditions – UV glues maintain consistency and curing time regardless of environmental conditions, ensuring comfortable, efficient work no matter the humidity or temperature.
- Suitable for allergy sufferers – If your client has had allergic reactions to lash extensions before, UV glue might be a good alternative.

- Protective silicone pads – Special pads that shield against UV light are essential. Apply them to the client's upper eyelid before placing the synthetic lashes.
- UV lash extension tape – Apply the black tape to the client's lower lashes. It ensures lash separation and protects the eye from radiation.
- Follow the instructions – Always follow the instructions that come with UV lash extension products.
