➤ Which henna should you choose for freckles?
Are henna freckles safe?
Creating freckles with henna has gone viral because it allows you to achieve a natural effect that can last for several days. To ensure the process is safe, make sure you choose the right type of henna!
Which henna should you choose for freckles?
If you decide to create freckles with henna, use henna designed for body art (safe for the skin) and avoid henna intended for eyebrow and eyelash tinting. Why?
Henna Noble Brow for freckles
Our professional Noble Brow henna has been developed for perfect hair tinting. It contains PPD (paraphenylenediamine) – an ingredient responsible for the exceptional durability and intensity of colour on the brows.
However, PPD is a strong pigment which, when applied to delicate and larger areas of the face (nose, cheeks), may cause irritation or allergic reactions. The skin on the face is much thinner than the skin beneath the brow arch. If you are looking for a striking eye look, choose proven solutions!

How to create henna freckles step by step?
The most important rule to remember: freckles should not be perfect! To achieve a natural effect, they should vary in size, placement and intensity.
1. Prepare the skin
- Exfoliate around two days before the planned tinting to remove dead skin cells.
- Cleanse the skin thoroughly. There should be no traces of creams, make-up or excess sebum.
- Pat the skin dry with a clean towel.
2. Prepare the mixture
Natural henna should have the consistency of a thick paste that will not run during application.
3. Dot placement
To apply the dots, use a thin synthetic brush or a lint-free applicator.
4. Processing time
This is the most important stage, as it determines how intense the final effect will be. For facial application, it is usually recommended to leave the product on for 10–30 minutes.
5. Removing excess product
Use a dry cotton pad to remove the dried product. Rinse off any residue with lukewarm water without using harsh cosmetics.
Tip: To make the effect last as long as possible, avoid oily or greasy products after the treatment.
