✅ What Medusa Set is — the latest trend in lash styling
WOW effect — wet look and defined lower lashes
Not long ago, everyone was talking about the Anime Lashes, which create a dreamy, wide-eyed effect. Now it’s time for something new — the MedusaSet — a hypnotic, soft-focus gaze that you simply can’t ignore.
Our trainer Katarzyna Barth has mastered this styling technique to perfection and loves to share it on Social Media @wizaz_barth
Key principles of Medusa Set
- Irregular lash clusters — an artistic messy effect thanks to lashes extended at different lengths using individual lash clusters.
- Wet look — ForMedusa Set, the wet look technique works especially well, giving you glossy, bonded lash clusters.
- Defined lower lashes — Standard applications usually focus on the upper lash line, but the Medusa Set is unique because it emphasises both the upper and lower lash line.
- Delicate finish — Despite long clusters and a dramatic effect, the eyes don’t look weighed down. The styling stays light and feminine.
How to create the Medusa Set look?
See step by step how to recreate this latest trend.
- Create structure — Add structure by using longer lash clusters. For the longest lashes, use 15–16 mm lashes from the Russian Volume Premium Mini palette. Place them evenly so they don’t take over the whole look but add definition. Lightly coat the tips with primer to achieve the wet look.
- Volume — Fill the gaps between long clusters with shorter volume lashes from the Wave Lashes palette.
- Lower lashes — Complete the look by gently defining the lower lash line with shorter lashes from the Wave Lashes palette. Apply clusters to the middle and outer parts of the lower lash line.
