Born from a passion for beauty – How did Noble Lashes get started?
In 2010, Paweł and Karol Wojciechowski stumbled upon a gap in the Polish market – there was a lack of high-quality products for eyelash extensions. They quickly brought in the first batches of lashes and took them directly to beauty salons. While direct sales weren’t their strong suit, they knew from the start that success would take more than just a product range – they had to stand out in a different way.

Our mission and goals
Noble Lashes is not just about top-quality products – it’s also about a community of lash stylists, clients and beauty enthusiasts. Together, we create beauty and set new standards in lash styling. Our work combines premium products, professionalism and sustainability.
Professionalism – We work with over 30 expert trainers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and training new lash artists.
Top-quality products – Part of our production is based in Poland, allowing us to maintain quality control and support the local market.
Sustainability – We care about making sure our products and purchasing processes have minimal environmental impact. That’s why we created the Eco Volume lash range, and 7% of profits from the Wave Lashes range were donated to the MARE Foundation.
