Agnieszka Szymańska is a renowned expert in the field of eyelash styling. Since 2010, she has passionately and determinedly developed her career in the rapidly growing beauty industry. She began her education at the Culinary Technical School in Szczecin and then continued her studies in Sociology at the West Pomeranian Business School. After a year, she revised her career plans, discovering her true passion for eyelash and nail styling.

After spending several years in England, Agnieszka settled in the Netherlands, where she quickly realized her dream of running her own business. Early in her career, she stood out from the competition as one of the first Polish women offering eyelash application in her region. In 2013, Agnieszka opened her first salon, offering a wide range of services, including eyelash and nail styling, as well as cosmetic treatments.

In 2017, she decided to focus exclusively on eyelash extensions, which allowed her to further develop and specialize in this field. She regularly participates in training sessions and industry championships, achieving top placements, including second place in the Lash Lift category and fourth place in the Mega Volume category during the championship in Poznań in 2018.

In February 2024, after 10 successful years at "Agnes Beauty Salon," Agnieszka inaugurated the "Lash Academy Agnieszka Szymańska." In this institution, she conducts intensive courses in small groups, fostering effective learning and allowing for an individualized approach to each participant.

Agnieszka has already trained hundreds of students, which is a testament to her commitment and high recognition in the industry. She places great emphasis on the quality of the training sessions she organizes, based on her many years of experience. She offers a personalized approach to each student, making her training highly regarded. She prioritizes post-training support, ensuring that participants can count on assistance even after the course ends, and the knowledge shared during the sessions is delivered in an accessible and understandable manner.

Agnieszka continuously strives for development and is currently working on an innovative mobile application aimed at supporting stylists in their daily work. Through her determination, commitment, and independence, she has created a strong brand in the eyelash styling industry that inspires both students and clients.

She also sells Noble Lashes products, gaining the trust and loyalty of her customers.
