Building a business is a long process entailing numerous decisions and bold steps. However, it is worth remembering that each experience (better or worse) constitutes a valuable lesson for the future, and in order to achieve objectives one should always draw conclusions from them. The most important thing is to remember, why we actually started to work.
Our entire business exists thanks to you and only for you - our customers. You give us a constant opportunity to develop and a lot of wonderful memories. Listed below are the most important events since the creation of the Noble Lashes brand.
Establishment of the company
The Noble Lashes brand was established in 2010 by two brothers: Paweł and Karol Wojciechowski. Surprisingly, it was men, who saw the potential in eyelash extensions. They decided to invest their savings and time in the development of the company, which soon became successful.
Commencement of educational activities
2011 saw the initiation of educational activities of Noble Lashes. The industry was just beginning to develop and a strong staff was needed to educate future eyelash stylists. For this reason, we started recruiting and in 2011 we hired the first Noble Lashes Instructor. From that moment, we also started operating as a training institution.
Promotion of eyelash extensions
We promoted the eyelash extension treatment at every possible step. Our Social Media profiles gradually began to engage a growing group of recipients, and in 2012 the brand owners were invited to participate in an interview for the largest Polish television station - the TVN. It was a great opportunity to present the extension procedure and its advantages to a wide range of potential customers.
#nobleteam development
Following the footsteps of company development, Paweł and Karol Wojciechowski, who had been working alone so far, decided to hire their first employees. The number of orders, training sessions and new products increased, and more hands were needed to work. Over time, the Noble Lashes family grew and it now has over 100 people.
Cooperation with Joanna Jabłczyńska
In 2014, the famous Polish actress Joanna Jabłczyńska became the face of the Noble Lashes brand. Since then, for the subsequent two years, her face decorated the materials related to our brand, packaging and posters. This cooperation enabled us to reach a new audience, and interest even more women in the career of an eyelash stylist or eyelash extension treatment.
The premiere of the Russian Volume lash line
The turning point of our activity was 2015 and the premiere of the Russian Volume eyelashes. These lashes, with a very innovative structure, were dedicated to the volume methods, which were at the height of their popularity. They quickly became our best-selling product, which still remains the flagship of the brand to this day.
Brand promotion
In 2016, we became a partner of the fashion show of the famous Warsaw MMC duo of designers. During their show, our eyelashes decorated the eyes of models on the catwalk. Another proposal that we were more than eager to use was the "Celebrity Salon" show by Polsat. The stars participating in that show tried their hand at beauty treatments. Eyelash styling formed one of the elements of the show. Each participant could get to know the treatment from inside out, under the supervision of our stylist.
Our win in the e-gazele ranking
Puls Biznesu awarded us with the first place in its 2017 e-Gazele Biznesu report. We were announced the most rapidly developing e-commerce company in Poland.This was the first distinction of this magnitude for our brand, and that is why it is particularly important to us.
Versace fashion show
In 2018, we collaborated with the Versace fashion house during the show of their new collection. Our Instructor prepared the eyes of the models for the performance on the catwalk. Beautiful outfits and underlined looks delighted the audience.
The Małopolska Region Economic Award
During the Małopolska Investor Assistance Forum, our brand was awarded the Małopolska Region Economic Award. This distinction is awarded to companies characterized by innovation, implementation of modern solutions, and activation of the regional economy. By competing with the best companies from Małopolska Region, with their long traditions, we managed to find our place on the podium and win the main prize. The jury appreciated our contribution to the promotion of the region in the international arena and our promotion of entrepreneurship among women.
Cooperation with Lamborghini
2018 also market great cooperation. We had the opportunity to visit the Lamborghini family residence, in the picturesque Italian city of Panicale, at the invitation of Fabio Lamborghini. There we sponsored the charity fashion show and participated in the "In Memory of Ferruccio Lamborghini" gala. This is a unique gala honoring the company's founder - Feruccio Lamborghini. During the fashion show, models dazzled the audience with beautiful Noble Lashes made by our Noble Lashes Italia stylists.
The premiere of the new logotype
Modern, beautiful, minimalist, but at the same time preserving tradition - this is the new Noble Lashes logo. With the development of the business and the eyelash extension industry, the time has come to refresh our image and logo. Similar to a stylist, who acquiring new skills, spreads her wings. We also developed and laid the foundations for the brand's new design. Together we create beauty!
ISO Certification
ISO certificates marked our next step towards responsible and environmentally friendly business. In 2019, we received ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, proving that our business is operating in accordance with quality standards and confirming our implementation of solutions for environmental protection.
The new Eco Volume Lashes line
In 2019, the real challenge for us was to change the manufacturing process and abandon classic plastic packaging in favor of the Kraft paper. It is a recycled material that is 100% biodegradable. Applied mainly in food industry to that date, it proved perfect for lash palettes, as it is durable and safe at the same time. By introducing ecological packaging, we have managed to reduce plastic production by nearly 5 tons. This gives us the strength to continue #econoblelashes activities.
Eco parcels
Striving to consciously use the materials produced, inter alia, to ship our products, we also decided to change the packaging of our parcels. Now our parcels are packed in fully recyclable or reusable materials. At the same time, they did not forfeit the solid texture that guarantees the safety of our products.
Introduction of the Polish Premium Quality line
Polish Premium Quality is the line of the future, including natural products created in Poland and based on unique recipes. We are the first to transfer the production of the line entirely to the country, ensuring high quality and the ability to supervise each stage of production. Polishness is a feature that distinguishes us and our products!
